SensorZero is a product of Eviant, ABN 42 693 128 764 ("we", "us", "our"), an Australian business. These terms govern your use of the SensorZero website at sensorzero.com and any SensorZero services you access through it. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Use of the site

You may use this site to learn about our products and to contact us. You agree not to use it unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or any connected system, to interfere with its normal operation, or to scrape or copy it at a scale that burdens our infrastructure.

Accounts and platform access

Access to the SensorZero platform is governed by a separate written agreement between you and us. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement prevails for the platform. Nothing on this website forms an offer to supply the platform on particular terms, and product descriptions here are for general information rather than commitments.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, designs, software and the SensorZero and Eviant marks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by Australian and international law. You may view and print pages for your own internal reference. You may not reproduce, republish or use our branding commercially without our written permission.

Liability

Subject to the section above, and to the maximum extent permitted by law: this site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind; we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill; and where liability can be limited rather than excluded, our total liability arising out of your use of this site is limited to re-supplying the relevant information or one hundred Australian dollars (AUD $100), whichever we elect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts able to hear appeals from them.
